Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before August 16, 2014 will be refunded with us$ 50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations from August 17, 2014 onwards will not be refunded. Registration may be transferred to another delegate (via communication to Abiax in written and subject to approval)

Rooms Cancellation policy:
  • 46 days prior to reservation check in date will have no penalty
  • Between 45 days and 30 days before reservation check in date will have 1 night stay penalty deducted from your credit card
  • Between 29 days and 15 days before reservation check in date will have 2 nights stay penalty deducted from your credit card
  • Less Than 14 days, entire stay will be deducted from your credit card

Tango Dinner Show
Dinner price: u$ 160
. Will take place on Thursday 18 September, 8:00pm – 10:30pm
. Complimentary Transportation provided from and back to Sheraton Hotel

WALA conference does not include dinners for delegates, which are usually left open for informal networking between participants. However given the enquiries received, this tango show-dinner is an optional alternative for those who would like to book it in advance, as we know international travelers are always attracted to Tango events, and we know this one is a quality event.
