Registration cancellation policy
- Cancellations received in writting before August 10, 2015 will be refunded, however there will be a non refundable u$50 administrative fee.

| Networking Dinner & Entertainment on Thursday night U$120/person |

WALA conference does not include dinners for delegates, which are usually left open for informal networking between participants. However given the strong demand we had in previous years, we offer this optional alternative for those who would like to book it in advance The dinner will be taking place at Zafiro Experience, situated on the pinnacle of Attiko Alsos, a great vantage point overlooking the whole of Athens! It is aproximately 15 minutes from Hilton Hotel with a great view of Athens. Schedule will be: · 8pm pick up at Hilton and transportation to restaurant · Welcome · Dinner · Entertainment and traditional Greek dancing · 11pm transportation back to hotel Includes dinner, drinks, entertainment, transportation to and from intercontinental hotel

The 9 holes golf tournament will be taking place at the very nice Glyfada Golf Club (aproximately 15 minutes drive from Hilton Athens Hotel) according to this schedule: 7:30 pick up from Hilton hotel 8:00 warm up in practice range 8:30 tee off Beverages and return to Hotel Fee Includes transportation from and back to Hilton hotel, practice range and balls, green fee, set of 6 balls, clubs rental, golf cart and refreshment Most likely it will be played in foursomes, scramble format, to have an enjoyable game between different handicap levels.
