For this 2023 edition, we will enjoy an exciting evening: a bus will take us from Hilton Airport Hotel to the Eiffel Tower. Once there and after a 30 minutes free walk around, we will board a boat right in front of the Tower that will take us for for a 2 hours cruising through the River Seine. We will have a welcome reception, 3 plates dinner, and great entertainment while we have a great view of the city, in a very relaxed and calmed atmosphere.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
Cancellations before February 28, 2023 will be refunded (a U$D 100 administrative fee will apply).
Cancellations received from March 1, 2023 onwards will not be refunded.
Registration may be transferred to another delegate at anytime.

Cancellation Policy for accommodation option
Cancellations received 30 days prior to check in will be refunded with no penalty.
Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to check will be charged the entire stay.

Cancellation policy for Networking Dinner
In case of cancellation, it may be transferred to another delegate but it is not refundable.

Consent to use photographic images
Registration and/or attendance to any of the meetings or activities, constitutes authorization by the delegate to use or distribute any images, voice, videos, etc., now and in the future.
