For this 2024 edition, we will enjoy an exciting evening in a traditional local restaurant. Bus will leave from the hotel for a short 10 minutes drive to Restaurant La Fontaine, located in the heart of the city where we will enjoy a great evening including entertainment. Places are limited and will be confirmed on a first come first served bases. Dress code is casual

All visitors entering the Kingdom of Bahrain need to obtain a visa, except for citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. If you are a national of any other country, you should check www.evisa.gov.bh to ensure that you can obtain a visa on arrival or apply for an electronic visa. Passports must be valid for the duration of your stay in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
Cancellations before February 28, 2024 will be refunded (a U$D 100 administrative fee will apply).
Cancellations received from March 1, 2024 onwards will not be refunded.
Registration may be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Cancellation Policy for accommodation option
Cancellations received 30 days prior to check in will be refunded with no penalty.
Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to check will be charged the entire stay.

Cancellation policy for Networking Dinner
In case of cancellation, it may be transferred to another delegate but it is not refundable.
