Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees
Cancellations before February 28, 2025 will be refunded (a U$D 100 administrative fee will apply).
Cancellations received from March 1, 2025 onwards will not be refunded.
Registration may be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Cancellation Policy for accommodation option
Cancellations received 30 days prior to check in will be refunded with no penalty.
Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to check will be charged the entire stay.
Cancellation policy for Networking Dinner
In case of cancellation, it may be transferred to another delegate but it is not refundable.

Consent to use photographic images
Registration and/or attendance to any of the meetings or activities, constitutes authorization by the delegate to use or distribute any images, voice, videos, etc., now and in the future.
